he is know trying on my site.... what can i do against this.. he is sending every of my members facebook site his link. I mean he will that my members come to his site..

Is that legal that he steal my members by writing every a private message?

This Guy is responsable and owner of YLF:

Owner is: Markus-Alexander Lüdemann, Germaniastr.33, D-47800 Krefeld, Germany.

He is using many exchanges to advertise his site, even tells that your Exchange isn't safe and userdata is used illegally!

He is writing a message to every Facebook-Page what is in your Exchange... Just opening the page, klicking the message button and closing the page without giving a like.. then skipping the page..

This way he has every day only fresh submitted pages to spam...

he operates with numerous emails an IP's!

I had lots of conversations with this guy, but nothing really helped! He still is spamming members of numerous exchanges to promote his own one!

The sad Thing is, that many owners of new exchanges do the same...


The only Thing to stop him in my eyes would be that his license is revoked by MN-Shop!
That would be just fair, not only to MN-Shop customers, but also to anyone running a social Exchange biz!

He is just spamming other exchanges members, so he should have taken avay his license!!!
