We haven't tested this IPN from a premier account, but script uses IPN file provided by PayPal. You have to make sure that you're using your primary PayPal email, used when you registered your account. In last updates where added many new security options. Between those security options, is checked if payment is sent to the right PayPal account. The problem here comes from PayPal, they don't return the PayPal email where the payment was sent, they return the primary PayPal email where the payment was sent, so if you use a secondary email (or is not the email used when you registered your PayPal accoun), then returns errors (because of PayPal, I'm still waiting for a solution at this problem).
