I have had this platform for over a year and haven't made it public yet. It took me almost a year of coding and customizing to finally get the site how I wanted it and then... BOOM... the entire platform gets overhauled and I lose hundreds of dollars and hundreds of hours of paid work. So here I am, practically paying my coder's mortgage to bring my site to at least half way of what it used to be and to fix some flaws with the current v3.1.1. But no worries, I'm confident I'll finally get to launch my site soon... I hope.
Anyway, so if I remove all of the -1's there would be no harm to the site or its functionality?

Hello,
If you remove that fee, script will work just fine, but when your website will grow, you will miss that fee. All this kind of websites (built by us or not) are working this way with a reason, but feel free to do as you wish.

Okay, that's good to know. Over the years, I've owned traffic exchanges (both ventrino and LMFTE) and text ad exchanges where the credit amount is set by the admin and they receive whatever the set amount is.
I am new to this concept where members set their own cpc. Thanks for the explanation and I will certainly keep it in mind.
