Thanks for sharing, but there is one thing I do not like ..
If a user changes the IP address that user can vote again,
this is not good, we must require that a user can only vote once, ache if you change your IP can not vote.
How can we fix this?

Obviously if you then change survey, the values are reset and the users can then vote again on the new survey.

Who can tell exactly where you need to specify code if you put somewhere in the middle, it turns ugly and can change the color as some of the results?
