I think which the best mode for grow is make exchanges of the users.
If you want i can give at you the table "users" of my PES Pro website (a total of +5200 members) if you give me your db table of users (for a minimum of 4000 users).
Send me your users DB and i send at you my DB of my users (after i control if is really good - i don't want fake db).
My users are all real email (verified) and are active members.
Contact me at "giadone at email.it" (replace at with @ simbol) if you are interested to make this exchange.

i have a original license and i have buyed all. I don't have any problems. I don't want to make public my website, only this.

Why inactive? If you sent an email the users if are interested are active, not inactive
