Hello,
as the topic say ''Tutorial For Setup Pes On Vps.'',think cpanel using is easy but never see any Tutorial for vps,i just payed for pes pro with arabic lang and installing the script but the admin not install it for me yet,so i trying myself but i get fail,so my asking here,what i'm doing is right?,
*i use vps windows server 2008 r2 sp1 with 3gb ram:
Tools Used:
on the vps i just download WampServer,Zend Server,iis7,phpmyadmin and i activated all Requirements for PEs pro.
Problem Faced
the site work will and i put phpmyadmin in pes pro files work good too with database,but i get some problems:
1-the site loading slow when trying to open it.
2-arabic Language showing in symbol.
3-Newsletter mail in admin panel not work.
4-zendserver showing bar there is a problem.
5-payed for Remove footer branding (+$5.00),but i cant edit it look like Encrypted?

*So My asking is This tools i use is right? or i just made something wrong?
*Help me with the right tools and right way to make site work on vps windows normly.
*Please if you have any Tutorial for how to setup pes pro on windows vps please put it here to make Public benefit for all.

first of all your problem starts by using windows vps. Windows is not a proper system to host website. you will encounter more problems than you can handle, and you need to have some knowledge to know how to deal with it. if you want to have a vps get one with centos installed, install vestacp or other free panel and upload your site.
as for the footer you need to ask the admin to sent you what you need to change
