For the payment gateways there is something already existing. Untill it will be implemented by mn-shop you might find this intresting @ http://www.like4.us/module-shop
The Super Reward module accepts BitCoins etc.

Facebook module will never be back. Is not about the way it works, it can be done in many ways, is about the fact that if we will try to make this module again, we risk to get sued, to get the whole store closed, to pay damages and besides that, by legal actions they will ask for a list with customers who are using this system then will be your turn. Doesn't worth to risk that much, so we're not planing to add Facebook back, at least until will no longet be a problem for them.

I know Polish website which have problems with Facebook, because they don't like when other people make money through Facebook.com by "social exchange sites".
