why is the support for the script now chargeable without any information?
When did you fix the Bug at Instagram Follow Module?

Hello,
Support and Updates are free for one year (365 days) after purchase, after that script must be purchased again to extend support and updates.
Instagram Follow module works just fine, as can be seen and tested in demo.

I think if we are paying an annual fee, the support will improve and there will be more updates?

We provide lifetime license for all our products, but we're working hard to provide updates and support with one-time payment. By example, some customers purchased PES Pro in 2012, they paid $99 once, then we worked for 6 years to provide them support and updates. We worked 6 years for $99, in all there years they maybe earned 20x times more with our product.
Licenses are lifetime (those days monst licenses are provided for limited period or with high prices for lifetime license), but if you want to get updates and support, you have to understand that we have to live, we all have families and we can't spend every day working on those scripts and providing support for years, with one-time payment. This is how it works now, we don't force nobody to purchase our products or to extend support, so we would appreciate if you respect our work and stop complaining about this.
