Hi,
I have had a PES Pro site since 2013,
You can access it in the following urls: (its the same site for both)

With 346.000 registered users.
During this years, specially around the seccond year it has been a very succesful site getting to generate near 2k month.
Around the end of 2015 due to issues with facebook I removed some services, and had to abandon the project for some time.
It still generated some income every month but it was not the same.
During this next years I concentrated more in my profession (I am a software developer), created my own company
and worked hard in all the coming projects.
About 2 years ago I decided to give live again to this project, as I feel this project as a peace of my heart, has given me very good moments.
But due to the fact I am a software developer and the way Pes Pro is developed is how old php is written (more near the php 4 version times)
I decided to completely rewrite the project in Symfony 2.7 (for those who don't know what it is, its a very famous php framework )
and restarted this project investing some money into some sort of relaunch, it started pretty good but due to the work in my software company
I ended not having time to dedicate to this project.
Today I realize I won't be able to have time to continue this project and if it continues in my hands it will end up dead, so I am ready
to let someone else continue it.
In conclusion, I would like to sell my site, the buyer will get all the source code, database, domain name and I will host the site for 1 year
if needed.
If needed I can also offer development services through my company for any customization needed.
I don't really have a price in mind, so I am open to hear offers.
