Hello admin,
I am French so when I write a newsletter there are often é, à, ç. The problem is that when the member am receiving an email or characters appear in Chinese, or "Ã ©". Can you help me?

When you use special characters on email, I recommend to use HTML codes besides these characters, for example:
é = é
