Send a PM to the admin with your order ID, note that you need to purchase/have purchased branding removal for 5 USD in order ot have the rights to change the copyright info.

Here is the help that you needed
I could see, that you still use the 1.7.2 version, so i changed it for the version.
Just upload the footer.php to your server, and that´s it

then you can buy them in the shop were you bought PES Pro

there should be a different download package for ppl that pay that extra. it would save the hassle of having t ocontact the admin and it would save him time :p
