PES Pro Referrals Fix - rediahila - 11-28-2012
This will help you to fix Referral system.
currently when someone refer a user if he/she don't activate account it will still count in Referral system by this customization it will only count those who have activated there accounts.
replace your refer.php and referrals.php files with these two i have attached
