I want to change Coin per Click Minimum is 4 - 6 ( member ) and 4 - 16 ( vip member )

May I ask why you want to change minimum CPC? Is completely useless to change minimum CPC. Why to put 4 - 6 when you can put 2 - 4? Why to put 4 - 16 when you can put 2 - 14? To change minimum CPC you make is useless and will affect your website users.

find the line: <?for($cpc = 2; $cpc <= $maxcpc; $cpc++)
and you can change it
You also need to edit the file editsite.php
