Hello,
Well, that can be a big problem, because somebody can steal password to any user and delete account without any reason. Also, if is just "disabled", account is not deleted and is useless. If is really required in your country, I think is ok if user requests you to delete their account and you do that. Anyway, if there will be more users requesting the same feature, maybe will be implemented in the future.

Hi we have same law same problem here in Spain, I think its a european thing,
Maybe there could be an option in which from admin panel you select wether you want users to have that option available or not.
Then it wouldn't affect all the users in the updates if they don't want to have that botton, as I understand its useless, but its the law here in Spain....

I don't think this is good. Have in the admin panel an "On" and "Off" feature for this...

Think a little bit more, if is required to confirm account deletion via email, what is so hard for the "hacker" to change email address before deleting account? Now, maybe somebody else comes here with a suggestion like "..confirm email changes on old email account..." and just to be sure I will never receive such a "suggestion" I answer now. If user lost his old email account and he want to change email address, how will be confirmed his new email address? We have to think at every advantage or disadvantage, before implementing something. Anyway, thank you for your suggestions.

Hi guys well sounds good idea,I don't think it should be automatic. maybe the admin can check it manually and maybe the email to the admin could include the original ip address from the user list in the admin section.
That way we can check the account ip also maybe leave it 48 hours before removing.

I think it would be a great feature to be implemented!

I've been thinking about this, and for that it worked there should be a system that detects when a user that has been refered by another deletes account, so that that referral doesn't count, so that the user looses his referral.
Don't know if I expressed myself clearly but the idea would be to not let have suddenly 100 deleted referred users and then after a time have to pay for them.
