Banning User bans their Pages too?

Can you clarify a process please

Does banning a user..

a. Ban the user and ban their pages from all exchanges,
b. Ban the user and prevent their pages appearing on the exchanges,
c. Ban the user and disable their pages on the exchanges, or
d. Just ban the user (so each page would need to be banned/removed)?

Hello,

Ban the user, remove coins from his account, so his pages doesn't appear anymore in exchange, because user have 0 coins. Very easy.
