Add more banned url extentions

Hi guys

I am trying to work out if it easy to block sites with different ending url main one being adf.ly we can block adf.eu but there are more like link bux etc as error i get is ERROR: Domain name must be something like domain.com

hope i have explained it right

Here is my list of banned sites. They are banned due to they break the TOS of the site. These are link shortner sites, they are VERY good site but no reason to have members account suspended.

Thanks for your reply SLF I normally only remove page i never ban members the only thing I have problems with is that The script wont accept the ending .ly .co just wish there was a way to add more extensions if you know what i mean

Yes, I never ban either. I just ban the URL through the admin. Looks like you are looking for a wildcard ext. I was saying the account at adf.ly or linkbucks will be suspended if they know you are using any type of "surf" sites to drive traffic to your url shortner.

Some Members break the TOS of the site, for example add link shortener sites.. So I just ban the URL on admin area (I never ban members). But if create more than 1 account, in this case you should ban all accounts!

another way banning these kind of url is by adding them to blacklist in your phpmyadmin database

I never thought of that one. Easy done a big thanks for your help can i ask though when i add a adf.ly link from google i get count down on my site then it diverts to adf.ly/ad/locked?url=
Not sure why this happens hope I have done it right but it wont left me add that URL now.

I would not mind if there was another auto exchange just for link forwarders
just tested linkbux and just said it was banned url not sure what i put in id 1 etc

well people still adding adf.ly url i have even added to banned list but still letting it on my site any ideas what might be wrong
