I don't care what is on other website. Yes, I can create this mode only for my website, not for sale, because the way of how this module work can't be added in a script added for sale, so again, this feature cannot be implemented.
About twitter, again, I can add this feature only for my website, I can't make this for sale. Is an error from twitter, some IP's are blacklisted and appear this error (twitter never reset this limit, so for some IP's, this limit is for lifetime, not for 1 hour). As I have already told you, ust change your webhost, or remove twitter module.
