Hello,
1) Something like that will be in the future.
2) Feel free to place what kind of ads you want, were you want, isn't required a feature for that.
3) For such a website, is almost useless, but we will see.
4) "Private Messages" will never be (otherwise you will have only spam on your website), but maybe will be Admin -> User internal messagin system, we will see.
5) Fees are so high for free SMS payment gateways, I'm pretty sure that you don't want to receive about $1 from a payment of $3
6) No, we already talked about that and we don't create such a feature for now.
7) Is not a bad ideea, maybe will be implemented in the future.
Your last ideea isn't something that worth implemented on this kind of sites. There is alot of work, website will requore more resources, etc. Is fine for a CMS, but not for social exchanges websites.
