Admin panel no save settings

Hello!
If I change the value of the login attempts and clicking Submit, I get a message saying that everything has been saved successfully.

If I, however, refresh the page, then my settings under "Login Attempts" away.
So, the system does not save my settings.
What could be wrong?

Database can be not updated...
Check manually table "site_settings" in your database and search "config_name" like "login_attempts" and "login_wait_time". If you will not found this you should add manually it to your database and it should works.
