Dislikes on youtube addon

I was wondering if someone can make a dislike addon for the youtube section. It would probably be very easy to make since there is already a like feature.
This would be new and unique, users could hurt their enemies, etc.
Contact me if you would like to do this for me, I don't mind paying.
