I think that it would be more useful to have the option to email all users with under 10 coins as some users get stuck on like 3 coins so when you email users with 0 coins it does not count users with 3 coins but they cant reach 0 coins because it costs 5 coins for their page to get liked...

Was added on v1.9.4, now emails are sent to users with under 10 coins.
