html code and banner placement

I have a suggestion. Could we be able to choose where member banners are showing up? i was think beeing able to choose from top or footer banners. If we choose top banners will become more valuable.

And also, could we have the option to insert html code from the admin area to insert ads in those banners such as adsense, adhitz....

i vote for new ads spaces , and also add feature to add codes from admin panels like adsense
