Open file system/modules/youtube/module.php

Change autoplay to 1 on line 53.
("swfobject.embedSWF("[...]youtube.com/v/<?=$sit['url']?>?enablejsapi=1&playerapiid=ytplayer&autoplay=0",[...]")
