Can we get a module where users are able to comment on videos where the submitter writes down the comments he would like to receive?

Thank you for your suggestion, but with this kind of modules (youtube comments, facebook comments, etc), website will become spamy very fast, because nobody doesn't write real comments, they write something useless or they post links, just to earn coins. So our answer is no, this module can't be implemented.
