Ad doesn't show up

I am trying to use virool video advertising service but their ads doesn't show up on my site.

Is there something that I am required to do in order to get this working?

Have you got any advert blocking add-ons on your browser - I scratched my head for days trying to sort out something similar on a website last year - it wasn't the website it was the browser all along!

I am using adblocker on chrome but it paused it and it still doesn't show up.

Tried with firfox earlier too but same thing there and I don't have any adblocker on firefox.

Worth a try! Have you got your iframe inside part of the PHP script that turns elements on and off according to the settings?

It looks like the company isn't that good, their system is really slow as it takes some time once you update stuff at their website.
