1. How can I change it?
I want to set maximal 3 accounts per IP.

2. Is this script legal for Facebook?
Every time when I share url of my site on facebook, i must confirm the security check. Also when someone click on link he gets this

1) Disable "1 account per IP" protection, is useless to allow 3 accounts.
2) Facebook marked your domain as spam, we don't have how to help you about that.
