Add this code to your registration page just above the radio button for the newsletter - it links to the FAQs but if you have a separate terms page change the href URL PHP Code: Hidden content for guests I hope this helps, if it does...

Do you mean like MyBB's registration page where it makes you click I agree to the terms before it even shows you the registration page?
