What's up with deref.info?

After it was sold, the money i added ($14) haven't reach their destination into my account, past 16h already and the account is still 0.00$ ...

Past 4 days already no money added to the account, but the payment he received... I am going to request a refund from paypal if he won't complete it till tomorrow.

It is not normal that should have been paid by the previous owner before the sale of the site

The new guy seems that he doesn't even know how to activate banners 2 of my other banners are still in pending since march... so i think he doesn't know how to accept the payments.

I don't know why would you sell something to someone without teaching how it works... as the guy said hes waiting for the admin to help him get it running. Going to stop using this service if will be just like that.. not worth making visits to deref if i can't make use of it.
