Deref url load failed

Hello,

Since a couple of days ago i receive reports that the users using chrome get the following blank page when tries to make any exchange, it loads the deref then when needs to load the website or social pages and all they get is the html code in the search box but they still receive the coins when does website traffic exchange.

Any ideas?
