Ticket support

I don't know if this was suggested before as I couldn't find it.


Anyways, it would be really good to have a tycket system built in the system where users can submit tickets and admin can reply to them in admincp or something. It's easier and you could answer to those tickets much faster than using email that you check twice a day.

Great one Galaxian. I have thought about this feature alot coz normally we have to access our cpanel email accounts to be able to read and reply to emails from members.

This would make it easier to reply if it could be done in the admincp.

There are many free support system, just search them. For the moment we don't have time to develop such a feature, but maybe in the future will be. Thank you for your suggestion.
