Top 3 active users today chart help....

Hello,

I have made a custom theme for my Social exchange website, and the Top 3 active users today chart doesn't seem to show up on the homepage..... The code is there, I've looked in the style sheet, index, and header.php and all the code is there... But it's not showing up on the homepage.... How come???? Is there like a SQL you have to import or something???!?!?!?!?!
