User often can not log in the system

Hi Admin,

My site is here: http://like.cool360.net, last week you helped me optimized the DB and the site is now very fast and no lag. But the new problem is that our team's accounts and users report sometime they can not login the system and create new account. Some day ok and some day not. Me myself experience the same.

Can you help me?

Secondly: I am buying some products more from you but your shop doesnot accept my Paypal this time although I changed Card a few times. I have mailed you several times but did not receive reply.

Hello,

There are no problems with the script, so I think is something with your server configuration (I think sessions aren't saved). Also, is always recommened to update to latest version (current version is 1.8.7). About your paypal problem, do you have money on your account balance? We don't have problems with out Paypal account (last order was today), so I think it's something wrong with your account, contact Paypal support.

what should i do that the sessions be saved saved.

i think i have the same problem..but only on google chrome and only when www.fangrow.net open without www is all ok...with other browser is also all ok..i log in click a link and then direct been logged out

Your "problem" is not the same thing. If you login on www session is saved only on www, if you login on non-www, session is saved only on non-www. If you're loggedin on www. fangrow.net and you go to fangrow.net, you're not logged out, on www. fangrow.net you're still loggedin, but not on fangrow.net. This is why is recommended to decide what version of site you want to use and redirect from non-www to www or from www to non-www. Don't use both version. For example, go to Hidden content for guests and see what happens.
