The digital goods delivery is acceptable to PayPal (providing you can prove it) when a buyer is just claiming non-delivery or dissatisfaction, but this was, according to PayPal, fraudulent use of another PayPal account by the buyer. There is no seller protection afforded because of some loophole re the nature of the service being provided. Strangely the buyers websites were all forex trading websites and the account supposedly being fraudulent used was 'myforex7771123@gmail.com' - so as far as we are concerned this was a deliberate fraud using an account set up just for the purpose. Hope that helps.
