Hello,
We have the rights to change the way we work, our licensing system and terms any time.
To make you better understand, without those changes, no further updated were ever released. You, as a customer, pay once and get a lifetime license and updates for an year (now, before it was unlimited updates). With one time fee, we can't afford working years to provide you support and updates, this business was going down, because of those rules. We had 3 choices, either to stop releasing any further updates to any of our products, either to limit licenses to one year or to limit free updates to one year. We decided to limit the updates, in this way, you have a choice if you still want to get the updates or not (your license is still lifetime with or without updates), otherwise, no other update were ever released.
Those changes were done over an year ago, all customers were notified and most of them understood the situation. There won't be any "free lifetime update" for any customer (old or new).
Regards!
